Q: How can I track my delivery?
When your order is dispatched you are sent an email to confirm that its on its way to you. Included in the email is the tracking number provided by DHL.
If you click on the link https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html and enter your referenc number then the full status of your order will be shown.
Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do – please get in touch via email if delivery is outside of the UK as delivery charge will be calculated by weight and dimensions of product.
Q: I have received the wrong item – what should I do?
In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product, we will refund the cost of return postage back to the card holder. Please send the product(s) back to us and once we receive the goods, we will dispatch the correct product and issue the postage refund.
We have a reputation for delivering your cricket equipment faster than anyone else. We can do this by holding huge stocks and using real time stock control which makes sure you can not order anything which is out of stock. Therefore all items on our website are in stock, unless otherwise stated on the product description page When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately. As a cricket specialist our aim at Uzi Sports is to have all our cricket items in stock and we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for peace of mind. Please note: throughout our peak periods (Christmas and prior to the cricket season) due to high levels of orders it may take up to 3-4 days to dispatch your order. However, we will advise you should there be any delay in processing your order. Deliveries are made by our couriers from Monday to Friday at any time from 9am to 5pm. There must be someone present in order to sign for the order. Deliveries can not be made on Saturday or Sunday. Please feel free to call us regarding an order you have placed or many wish to place. If for any reason the items you order are not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be kept informed of the estimated delivery time for your order and given the option of a similar alternative product or the chance to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we dispatch your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made to complete your order.
Uzi Sports has the ability to ship cricket equipment orders worldwide. It is extremely important to us that your goods arrive safely and securely. For this reason we send most of our parcels using Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail or by Business Post for European and for International deliveries. You will be given a personal tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. This will give you all the information needed to track your parcel at any time, making sure you know when to expect delivery. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.
The cost of shipping abroad is calculated by the volumetric size and weight of the parcel.
A bat shipped to the Netherlands is approx. £30.00 delivery and takes up to 4 days from dispatch to arrival.
A bat shipped to Australia is approx. £45.00 delivery and takes up to 6 days to deliver.
