We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to offer an alternative product or process a refund.
When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately. As a cricket specialist our aim at Uzi Sports is to have all our cricket items in stock and we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for peace of mind. Please note: throughout our peak periods (Christmas and prior to the cricket season) due to high levels of orders it may take up to 3-4 days to dispatch your order. However, we will advise you should there be any delay in processing your order.
Deliveries are made by our couriers from Monday to Friday at any time from 9am to 5pm. There must be someone present in order to sign for the order. PLEASE NOTE: ALL DELIVERY SERVICES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.

Tracking your Order
When your order is dispatched you are sent an email to confirm that its on its way to you. Included in the email is the tracking number provided by DHL. If you click on the link https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html and enter your reference number then the full status of your order will be shown.
Yes we do – please get in touch via email if delivery is outside of the UK as delivery charge will be calculated by weight and dimensions of product.
